Founder of Mourne Textiles, Gerd Hay-Edie created the signature Mourne fabric in the 1950s. Much favoured at the time by furniture designer Robin Day who used the fabric widely while working for Hille Furniture. Mourne Check is woven from a durable linen and wool mix. Made in Northern Ireland.
